About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Information Systems Specialist to join our team at Citco (Canada) Inc. as a key member of our HR department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to identify their HRIS requirements and provide expert advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches and ensure the integrity of our HR systems.
  • Conduct thorough reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems, ensuring they meet our organization's goals and standards.
  • Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure seamless integration and effective service delivery.
Requirements
  • Professional development program in personnel administration.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Client-focused, organized, and a team player with a strong commitment to innovation and flexibility.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
