Job Title: Human Resource Information System Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Specialist to join our team at Citco (Canada) Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice on HRIS strategy, policy, and management to ensure the effective implementation of our HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Confer with clients to identify their HRIS requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches.
  • Conduct regular reviews to assess the quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems.
  • Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in HRIS or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
