Job Title: Human Resource Information Systems Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resource Information Systems Specialist to join our team at Citco (Canada) Inc.

Job Summary:

The Human Resource Information Systems Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and developing reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Confer with clients to identify requirements and provide advice on HRIS strategy, policy, and management.
  • Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches.
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems.
  • Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals.
  • Provide training and support to HR staff on HRIS system usage and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in HRIS system administration.
  • Excellent technical and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
