Job Title: Human Resource Information System Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resource Information System Specialist to join our team at Citco (Canada) Inc.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery to our clients. This includes developing policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches, conducting reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems, and coordinating the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Confer with clients to identify requirements and provide expert advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  • Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches.
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems.
  • Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Professional development program in personnel administration.
  • Criminal record check.
