Job Title: Human Resource Information System Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Specialist to join our team at Citco (Canada) Inc. in a permanent capacity.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice on HRIS strategy, policy, management, and service delivery. They will work closely with clients to identify their requirements and develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Confer with clients to identify their HRIS requirements and provide expert advice on strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches.
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems.
  • Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HRIS or a related field.
  • Professional development program in personnel administration.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fast-paced environment and ability to work under pressure.
