About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist & Digital Content Creator to join our team at Dana Hospitality, a part of Dexterra Group. As a company that focuses on Scratch Cooking, we are looking for an individual who can provide general administrative support and create engaging digital content for our social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with invoicing, receipts, cash reconciliation, and other administrative functions.
  • Implement and execute health and safety protocols.
  • Assist with execution of logs and verification when needed.
  • Answer client/customer inquiries regarding our Food Services.
  • Create and populate social media content for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter, and Facebook.
  • Collect and create content to engage customers and provide value-added material.
  • Interact with customers to gauge satisfaction and provide feedback to management.
  • Work with Food Operations and Kitchens to generate excellent digital content.
  • Respond to questions and inquiries about Food Services in a professional manner.

Requirements

  • Cash handling and reconciliation experience.
  • 1 year of administrative experience.
  • Rudimentary understanding of Kitchen Health and Safety.
  • Intermediate knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, and Twitter).
  • Ability to edit audio and video on desktop and mobile.
  • Ability to take strong and well-positioned photos with a mobile or tablet camera.
  • Demonstrated ability to be creative and efficient in creating social media content.
  • Ability to develop rapport and follow up on deliverables.
  • Flexibility in hours is strongly preferred.
