Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor of Operations to join our team at VP Protection Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Operational Plans: Create and execute specific plans to prioritize tasks and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate Activities: Collaborate with other work units and departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Prepare and Submit Reports: Generate and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Resolve Work Problems: Identify and resolve operational issues, providing technical advice and recommending measures to enhance productivity and product quality.
  • Recruit and Hire Staff: Participate in the recruitment and hiring process, ensuring that new team members possess the necessary skills and qualifications.
  • Conduct Performance Reviews: Evaluate employee performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve job satisfaction and productivity.
  • Organize and Maintain Inventory: Oversee the management of inventory, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and that inventory is properly maintained.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience, or equivalent experience.
