Food Management Coordinator

Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
Experience: A minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience is necessary.
Work Environment- Food service facility
- Dining establishment
- Develop strategies to achieve work schedules
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of personnel engaged in food preparation and portioning
- Instruct staff on their job responsibilities, hygiene, and safety protocols
- Calculate the ingredients and supplies needed for meal preparation
- Recruit food service personnel
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards for food and service
- Resolve customer complaints or issues
- Maintain inventory records, repair logs, sales data, and waste management
- Compile and present reports
- Prepare food order summaries for the kitchen
- Supervise the assembly of meal trays
- Oversee the delivery of food carts
- Set work schedules for staff
- Manage a team of 3-4 individuals
- Fast-paced work environment
