Food and Beverage Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Elements Casino Grand River. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage services, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food and beverage staff, ensuring seamless service delivery and high-quality food presentation.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication, coordination, and problem-solving.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching and feedback, and develop training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and data to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- College diploma or equivalent in Food and Beverage or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in the food and beverage industry.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of computer software packages and gaming regulations.
- Ability to obtain registration as a Category 1 Gaming Assistant with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario.
