About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Administration Officer to join our team at AUAV Tech. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day administration of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to project managers and teams, including preparing and maintaining project documentation, reports, and records.
    • Coordinate and manage project-related meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Procedure Implementation
    • Implement new administrative procedures and policies to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Review and evaluate existing procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Team Management
    • Supervise and manage a team of office support staff, including delegating tasks, providing guidance and training, and evaluating performance.
    • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with team members to ensure seamless collaboration and problem-solving.
  • Financial Management
    • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
    • Monitor and evaluate financial performance, identifying areas for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Training and Development
    • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
    • Identify training needs and develop plans to address gaps in staff capabilities.
  • Payroll Administration
    • Oversee payroll administration, including processing payroll, managing benefits, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Project Coordination
    • Coordinate and manage project-related activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
    Requirements
    • Education
      • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, project management, or a related field.
    • Experience
      • Minimum 5 years of experience in project administration, operations management, or a related field.
    • Skills
      • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
      • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
      • Experience with project management software, such as MS Project.
      • First Aid Certificate.
    • Language
      • Fluent in English.
