- Coordinate and manage project-related meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Procedure Implementation
- Implement new administrative procedures and policies to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Review and evaluate existing procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Team Management
- Supervise and manage a team of office support staff, including delegating tasks, providing guidance and training, and evaluating performance.
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with team members to ensure seamless collaboration and problem-solving.
- Financial Management
- Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Monitor and evaluate financial performance, identifying areas for cost savings and process improvements.
- Training and Development

- Identify training needs and develop plans to address gaps in staff capabilities.
- Payroll Administration
- Oversee payroll administration, including processing payroll, managing benefits, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Project Coordination

- Education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, project management, or a related field.
- Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project administration, operations management, or a related field.
- Skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with project management software, such as MS Project.
- First Aid Certificate.
