Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Green Sky Roofing Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the operations team, including preparing reports, managing databases, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination of projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • HR Support: Provide support to the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and experience with database management.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
