As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing civil engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage civil engineering projects, including design, construction, and project administration
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules
  • Coordinate and manage project teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Ontario
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in a consulting engineering or municipal environment
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is an asset
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with design software, such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
