Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and reconcile designated balance sheet accounts;
  • Prepare purchase price allocations (PPA) for acquired entities and document them accordingly;
  • Oversee purchase price account balances;
  • Engage in the integration of company operations into accounting systems, ensuring precision in financial documentation;
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret financial data to generate monthly financial assessments;
  • Assist in the year-end financial closing process;
  • Collaborate on special initiatives such as software upgrades and grant applications.

Are you equipped to excel as a financial accounting analyst?

  • At least 2 years of experience in a comparable position;
  • CPA certification;
  • Proficiency in both French and English (written and spoken);
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and processes;
  • Familiarity with standard software applications and the Office suite.
