Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct analysis and reconciliation of designated balance sheet accounts;
  • Prepare purchase price allocations (PPA) for acquired entities and ensure accurate recording;
  • Oversee monitoring of purchase price balances;
  • Engage in the integration of companies into accounting systems, ensuring precision in financial documentation;
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret financial data to facilitate monthly financial reviews;
  • Assist in the year-end financial processes;
  • Collaborate on special initiatives, including software modifications and grant applications.

Are you the right fit for the financial accounting analyst role?

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a comparable position;
  • CPA certification;
  • Proficiency in both French and English (oral and written);
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and cycles;
  • Familiarity with standard software applications and the Office suite.
