ROLE OVERVIEW
What will your responsibilities include?
- Oversee the monthly financial expenditures of the manufacturing facility and pinpoint any variances for rectification.
- Deliver financial reports to the management team on a monthly basis.
- Examine and authorize financial transactions.
- Lead accounting operations, compile financial statements, and manage budgetary processes.
- Design financial controls and oversee budget management.
- Supervise the creation of the annual budget, mid-term budget, and weekly financial forecasts.
- Guarantee adherence to internal control standards.
- Facilitate internal and external audits and implement suggested improvements.
- Oversee purchasing performance and offer guidance to procurement staff.
- Establish performance metrics and optimization strategies.
- Employ negotiation skills, manage tender processes, and oversee subcontracting.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting; CPA designation, DESS, or MBA are advantageous.
- A minimum of 3 years of pertinent experience in a manufacturing context.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; familiarity with SAP is a benefit.
- Fluent in both French and English.
