Accounting and Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary:
Cryos Technologies is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting and Logistics Assistant to support our daily financial and logistics operations. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth execution of our business activities.
Main Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable:
- Assist with the preparation and sending of customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Track received payments and update customer accounts, maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Process credit card payments, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Help with follow-ups on overdue payments, maintaining effective communication with customers.
Accounts Payable:
- Receive and verify invoices from various suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Prepare payments for validation and execution, maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Monitor payments made and pending invoices, ensuring timely resolution of any discrepancies.
Employee Credit Card Management:
- Track and record all expenses made via the company credit cards, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile monthly credit card statements with receipts and corresponding invoices, maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with the company's internal expense policies, maintaining a high level of integrity.
- Prepare monthly expense reports for management review, providing valuable insights into company spending.
Shipping Operations Management:
- Plan, organize, and oversee all activities related to order shipping, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Ensure that orders are prepared, packed, and shipped according to quality standards and deadlines, maintaining a high level of efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, customer service, warehouse) to ensure smooth order management, maintaining effective communication.
Client Communication:
- Communicate with clients to coordinate shipments and invoicing as required, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Other Related Tasks:
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by management, maintaining a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
Required Profile:
- A degree in accounting, management, or a similar field is a plus, demonstrating a strong foundation in business principles.
- Previous experience in an administrative or accounting role is preferred but not mandatory, demonstrating a high level of transferable skills.
- Good knowledge of office tools (Excel, Word) and accounting software, maintaining a high level of proficiency.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage tasks independently, maintaining a high level of productivity.
