About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Technology Specialist to join our team at BBA E&C inc. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to employees, including troubleshooting and resolving computer hardware and software issues.
  • Network Administration: Manage and maintain our computer networks, including setting up equipment and performing backup and recovery operations.
  • Incident Management: Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to employees on the use of computer systems and software.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex technical problems, including those related to computer hardware and software.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Skills: Excellent technical skills, including knowledge of computer hardware and software, as well as strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
