About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Technology Specialist to join our team at TWI Foods Inc. As an IT Business Solutions Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions that meet our business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Requirements Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of technical requirements to ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet our business needs.
  • Cost-Benefit Analysis: Prepare detailed cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to support system implementation and ensure alignment with our business strategy.
  • System Design and Development: Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions that meet our business requirements and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Security Risk Assessment: Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware, and develop policies and procedures to minimize the effects of security breaches.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of IT projects.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in IT business solutions development or related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
