About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Technology Specialist to join our team at Dirox Canada Limited. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical assistance to our users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions to technical issues.
  • Problem-Solving: Consult technical manuals, user guides, and other resources to research and implement solutions to complex technical problems.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to users to help them overcome technical difficulties and improve their technical skills.
  • Log Management: Maintain a comprehensive log of problems and solutions to ensure that technical knowledge is shared across the team.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent technical support.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in Vietnamese an asset.
