As a key player in our operational success, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on customer and dealership vehicles while honing your practical skills. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting essential vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, lubrication, filter replacements, and tire rotations/replacements
- Collaborating with the Service Advisor and Shop Foreman to provide updates on vehicle status
- Accurately documenting all repairs and maintenance performed on the repair order
- Performing road tests on vehicles as necessary
Candidate Profile...
Ideal candidates will possess a solid background and proven experience in vehicle maintenance, including:
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a Lube/Tire Apprentice Technician
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in operating both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and meet deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and strategic thinking
- Professional demeanor and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Self-motivated with a commitment to excellence
