About the Role...

This pivotal position is essential to our service operations, responsible for overseeing the vehicle preparation process from initiation to completion, ensuring timely service delivery. Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming customers as they arrive in the service area
  • Ensuring vehicles are parked appropriately
  • Valeting and checking in customer vehicles
  • Managing vehicle movements as necessary
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the parking lot and surrounding areas
  • Driving and operating both manual and automatic transmission vehicles

About You...

The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in customer service, demonstrating:

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant customer service experience
