About the Role...

This position plays a vital role in our operations, ensuring a seamless vehicle preparation process. Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming customers as they arrive in the service area
  • Maintaining proper vehicle parking arrangements
  • Valeting and checking in customer vehicles
  • Managing vehicle movements as needed
  • Keeping the parking area and surroundings clean and orderly
  • Driving and operating both manual and automatic vehicles
  • Building strong customer relationships

About You...

The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in customer service, with qualifications including:

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant customer service experience
  • Completion of secondary education or equivalent experience
  • Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
  • Adaptability to changing environments and ability to meet deadlines
  • Professional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain professionalism at all times
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to excellence
  • A desire to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment
