Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Liaison Specialist to join our team at Skillbook Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the team, including assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Office Coordination: Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Task Management: Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Work Term: This is a permanent position.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 hours per week.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience.
