We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll & HR Administrator to join our team at Kautex, a leading company in the automotive manufacturing industry. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our employees and management team.
Key Responsibilities- Payroll Management: Manage payroll by providing relevant employee information, resolving issues, making system updates, and processing payroll.
- HR Support: Serve as the first point of contact for employees for all issues and grievances related to payroll, attendance, lay-off, OT, and other related topics.
- Employee Relations: Answer and problem solve employees' queries about HR-related issues, including disciplinary actions and attendance.
- HR Systems: Own the payroll, timekeeping, attendance, and some disciplinary investigations and actions for bargain employees, and update internal databases and employment statuses.
- Training and Development: Responsible for training, including entry into the HR system, tracking of training, and creating regular reports and presentations on HR metrics.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and government regulations, and support audits by ensuring relevant information is updated and meets requirements.
- Communication: Liaise with partners, such as other HR team members, legal, vendors, site department leadership, and create HR documents such as employment contracts and new hire guides.
- Education: University degree (MBA, BWL or comparable) with HR focus.
- Experience: Experience with Kronos and PeopleSoft, unionized manufacturing experience, and automotive manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.
- Skills: Good knowledge of MS Office with an emphasis on Excel, English business fluent, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Drive for Results: Demonstrate a strong drive for results and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
