About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Community Engagement Specialist to join our team at Nuovo Photography. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing our online community, assisting with videography and content creation, and engaging with our audience across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase engagement and drive brand awareness.
  • Manage and curate our social media content, including video production and editing, to ensure it aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our audience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support new initiatives, campaigns, and strategies, and provide insights to improve our communication and outreach efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our community management and content creation approaches remain cutting-edge.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Community Manager or similar role, preferably within a digital or social media context.
  • Strong skills in videography, video editing, and content creation, with a focus on creating engaging and high-quality content.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French, with Spanish being an asset.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative content and campaigns.
  • Proficient in using social media management and analytics tools, with experience in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • Team player with a collaborative approach to working with different departments.
  • Passionate about women's empowerment and photography.
