About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Community Engagement Specialist to join our team at Nuovo Photography. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing our online community, assisting with videography and content creation on an ad hoc basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to engage our audience and increase brand awareness.
  • Manage and curate our social media content, ensuring it aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support new initiatives, campaigns, and strategies.
  • Assist with video production and editing to create engaging content for our social media platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze community engagement metrics to inform our communication and outreach efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in community management, social media marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong skills in videography, video editing, and content creation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French (with Spanish being an asset).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.
  • Proficient in using social media management and analytics tools.
  • Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • Team player with a collaborative approach to working with different departments.
