About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Healthcare Operations Manager to lead our clinic network in Eastern Ontario. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth, improve market share, and increase revenue.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our clinic network, ensuring seamless delivery of services, and maintaining high standards of quality and patient satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of healthcare professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to drive growth and expansion.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure fiscal responsibility and accountability.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, families, healthcare providers, and community partners.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare operations management, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional patient care.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
