Job Title: Construction Manager

Golderado Contracting Corp is seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing entire construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and direct the construction project to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to promote maximum productivity on site.
  • Manage and maintain accountability for field costs and forecast costs to complete.
  • Negotiate contractual terms with contractors and administer contracts efficiently.
  • Coordinate with municipal authorities and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Develop and implement procedures for effective information flow within the project group.
  • Ensure jobsite procedures and controls are implemented by all personnel.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in civil construction.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in software programs such as Microsoft Office and Proprietary Software.
  • Able to mentor Field Engineers and young Project Managers.
  • Good people skills and excellent analytical skills.
  • Strong background in earth works and underground utilities.
  • A valid driver's license and driver's abstract.
  • Proficient English language skills.
