Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries, resolving issues, and providing in-depth product knowledge.
  • Inventory Management: Receive and manage incoming shipments, including unloading and stocking merchandise, to ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards, to create a positive customer experience.
  • Retail Sales: Conduct retail sales transactions, manage the cash area, and maintain accurate records.
  • Translation and Content Creation: Translate English texts into French for marketing, electronics, IT, and retail purposes, including product descriptions, policies, and advertising materials.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with graphic designers and editors to create engaging advertising materials and ensure accurate translations.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a similar technical environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in technical tasks related to computer parts, accessories, and consumer electronics.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in bilingual (French) and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Teamwork: Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
