Senior Manager, Integrated Business Planning and Optimization

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Integrated Business Planning and Optimization to join our team at Inter Pipeline. This is a key leadership role that will play a critical part in driving business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of integrated business planning and optimization strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive business plans, including financial projections, market analysis, and operational strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of business plans.
- Identify and mitigate business risks, and develop strategies to drive business continuity and resilience.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead change management initiatives to drive adoption of new business processes and technologies.
- Communicate business outcomes and strategies to senior management and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of implementing and maturing integrated business planning and optimization processes in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of business planning, financial planning, and business performance management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and generate actionable insights.
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics tools, such as Power BI, Excel, SQL Server, and Python.
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive consensus and alignment across functions and levels.
