Restaurant Operations Manager

Boston Pizza Athabasca is seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Supervise and train staff on food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure that supplies are ordered in a timely manner
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure that food meets our high standards
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and employee performance
- 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
