- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, address customer complaints or concerns, and ensure that all customers receive a high level of service.
- Team Leadership: Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, provide guidance and support, and ensure that all team members are working together to achieve our goals.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
- Negotiation and Communication: Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, and communicate effectively with staff, customers, and suppliers.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
