Position Overview: As a Product Owner, you will embody the client's perspective in various projects, ensuring an exceptional experience for members and clients alike. Your role will involve the continuous preparation of diverse products and services aimed at enhancing client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with project developers and business analysts to ensure that solutions align with user requirements and deliver anticipated benefits.
  • Manage relationships with multiple stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, utilizing your engagement skills to foster collaboration.
  • Lead and influence specialists within your squads and various stakeholders during planning, feasibility, and development phases of complex and innovative projects.
  • Contribute to the formulation of strategic directions and business positioning, making recommendations on the development and execution of projects that significantly impact the organization.
  • Conduct thorough analyses to identify problems, raise critical issues, and provide actionable recommendations to decision-making bodies regarding business solutions and market strategies.
  • Coach and mentor fellow product owners to enhance team capabilities.
  • Represent your unit in discussions with senior management and decision-making committees.
  • Negotiate and establish agreements with external partners and organizations on behalf of Desjardins.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of eight years of pertinent experience.
  • Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered.
  • Proficiency in French is mandatory.
