Your Role:
  • Act as a product owner in complex projects, transposing into functionalities according to the Scrum/Agile methodology.
  • Be responsible for initiative delivery and contribute to the achievement of the solutions development roadmap.
  • Cut and sequence a target vision to maximize value delivery, taking into account constraints and interdependencies with other projects or sectors.
  • Accompany and support adaptation to changes, obtain support from others and manage resistance to change.
  • Continually make improvements and fixes to the product to improve the experience and meet current and future needs.
Your Team:

You will be part of a team made up of 13 colleagues, divided between digital business analysts and digital product owners, working in startup mode in an agile delivery mode.

Prerequisites:
  • Experience in delivering solutions as a "Product Owner" (P.O.) of at least 5 years, ideally in a financial service (banking, fintech, insurance, etc.).
  • Ability to work in Agile mode: Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and to deliver without having all the specifications.
  • Great ease in evolving in a complex technological universe in perpetual transformation.
  • Ability to organize/lead workshops.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) and other roadmap visualization tools (ProductBoard, Productmap, etc.).
  • Mastery of Design Thinking methodologies and tools.
