Wholesale Parts Associate

The Budds' Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC Parts department is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Wholesale/Front Counter Parts Associate to join our team. As a key member of our parts department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist customers with parts needs and provide accurate information about our products.
- Answer phone calls and emails from mechanical and body shop customers, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Support retail customers with their parts needs, providing a positive and helpful experience.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring that stock is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Assist with shipping and receiving, ensuring that parts are delivered efficiently and effectively.
- Order parts in a timely manner, ensuring that customers receive their orders promptly.
- Stay up-to-date on software and reports, using this information to improve our parts department's efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support the back/tech counter as needed, providing assistance and expertise to our team members.
- Previous experience in a parts counter role is preferred, but not required.
- A strong understanding of automotive knowledge and principles is essential.
- Excellent communication and sales skills are necessary to provide exceptional customer service.
- Computer proficiency is required, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
