Spa Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Spa Receptionist to join our team at Spa Onna. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Greeting and Directing: Greet clients and direct them to the appropriate service areas or contacts.
- Information Provision: Provide basic information to clients and the public, including answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Record Keeping: Record and relay information accurately and efficiently.
- Scheduling and Confirmations: Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring that all necessary details are communicated to clients.
- Financial Transactions: Receive and issue payments, as well as perform other financial duties as required.
- Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical tasks, such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Will train, with a focus on developing strong customer service and administrative skills.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
