Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Spa Receptionist to join our team at Spa Onna.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Directing: Greet clients and direct them to the appropriate service areas or contacts.
  • Information Provision: Provide basic information to clients and the public, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Record Keeping: Record and relay information accurately and efficiently.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments in a timely manner.
  • Financial Transactions: Receive and issue payments, as well as perform various clerical duties.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
