We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Spa Receptionist to join our team at Spa Onna.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet clients and direct them to the appropriate service areas.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to clients and the public.
  • Record and relay important information to clients and staff.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments in a timely manner.
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including filing and mail distribution.
Requirements
