Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Spa Receptionist to join our team at Spa Onna. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Greeting and Direction: Greet clients and direct them to the appropriate service areas or contacts.
  • Information Provision: Provide basic information to clients and the public, including answering questions and addressing concerns.
  • Record Keeping and Communication: Record and relay information accurately and efficiently.
  • Scheduling and Confirmation: Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and staff.
  • Financial Transactions: Receive and issue payments, as well as perform other financial duties as needed.
  • Clerical Support: Provide administrative support, including filing, sorting, and distributing mail.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
