Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Spa Receptionist to join our team at Spa Onna. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Greeting and Support

Welcoming clients and directing them to the appropriate service areas, providing basic information and assistance as needed.

Scheduling and Coordination

Scheduling and confirming appointments, as well as receiving and issuing payments in a timely and accurate manner.

Clerical and Administrative Tasks

Performing various clerical duties, including filing, sorting, and distributing mail, as well as maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Language and Communication

Providing excellent communication skills, with the ability to understand and respond to client inquiries in English.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
