Job Title - Client Support Specialist
Status - Part-Time
Lifemark is a leading organization in physiotherapy and rehabilitation, dedicated to delivering exceptional and compassionate care through a multi-disciplinary and holistic approach.

As a Client Support Specialist , you will bring enthusiasm and a strong work ethic to your role, ensuring that both clients and colleagues appreciate your interactions. Your administrative tasks will be executed with precision, organization, and attention to detail. Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office, along with a quick adaptability to new software, is essential. You will possess excellent communication skills and a strong command of the English language, demonstrated through your previous experience in customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering phone calls, welcoming, and assisting clients Addressing inquiries and resolving client issues Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and faxes Providing administrative assistance under the guidance of the office manager and clinic director Overseeing and ordering office and clinic supplies Assisting with the maintenance of photocopiers and fax machines

Required Qualifications:

Experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare environment Familiarity with medical terminology is advantageous A background in health-related education is preferred
