Role Overview
As a proactive Client Relations Specialist, you will engage with various accounts and deliver exceptional support to both internal and external clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Address customer inquiries related to orders, pricing, product details, and more.
- Resolve client issues and track order progress.
- Input and monitor orders using our proprietary system.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure outstanding service delivery.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in client service.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email platforms.
