We are in search of a dynamic and passionate representative for the BMW Motorrad brand. In this role, you will guide clients in discovering our exceptional range of motorcycles. Your positive demeanor and outstanding customer service abilities will play a crucial role in fostering long-term relationships with our customers.

A valid M2 license is required to apply for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Full-time role as a Client Support Specialist Deeply passionate about the Motorrad brand with extensive product knowledge

Essential Skills:

Comprehend and execute our dealership procedures Showcase and demonstrate our inventory Monitor, update, and manage daily inventory reports Plan and coordinate company events. Regularly create social media content to promote products, services, and events. Develop and implement strategies to enhance market presence Stay informed on product developments, market trends, and certifications Familiarity with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software is an advantage


Qualifications:

Previous experience in retail sales is essential.

Knowledge of product training and prior sales management experience are advantageous.
