About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Pastor to join our team at Mission House International Church, Life Centre Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing spiritual guidance and leadership to our congregation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Worship Services: Lead our congregation in worship services, ensuring a meaningful and engaging experience for all attendees.
  • Supervise Staff: Oversee the management of our office and volunteer staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Administer Rites of Faith: Perform administrative tasks related to marriages, funerals, and other rites of faith.
  • Provide Spiritual Guidance: Offer spiritual guidance and counseling to members of our congregation.
  • Supervise Educational Programs: Oversee the planning and administration of programs of religious education.
  • Represent the Church: Represent Mission House International Church, Life Centre Inc. in humanitarian endeavors, social services, and welfare activities.
  • Promote Spirituality: Deliver sermons and other talks to promote spirituality and promote the values of our church.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a religious organization.
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and proficiency in Bini and Edo languages.
  • Security Clearance: Must have a confidential security clearance and be willing to undergo a criminal record check, Child Abuse Registry check, Adult Abuse Registry check, and Vulnerable Sector check.
