Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Pastor to join our team at Mission House International Church, Life Centre Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our congregation and overseeing the overall spiritual direction of the church.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Worship Services: Conduct inspiring and engaging worship services that promote spiritual growth and community building.
  • Supervise Staff: Oversee and manage a team of staff and volunteers to ensure the smooth operation of the church.
  • Administer Church Programs: Develop and implement programs that promote spiritual growth, community engagement, and outreach.
  • Provide Spiritual Guidance: Offer guidance and support to members of the congregation, providing a safe and non-judgmental space for spiritual exploration.
  • Represent the Church: Represent the church in the community, building relationships with local organizations and promoting the church's mission and values.
Requirements
  • Education: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Divinity or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a senior pastoral role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Personal Qualities: A strong sense of faith, a compassionate and empathetic nature, and a commitment to serving others.
