Mission House International Church, Life Centre Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Pastor to lead our congregation in spiritual growth and development. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing spiritual guidance, overseeing daily operations, and implementing strategies to achieve our mission.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Worship Services: Plan and deliver inspiring sermons, prayers, and other worship activities that promote spiritual growth and community engagement.
- Supervise Staff: Oversee the work of our pastoral team, ensuring that our congregation receives excellent spiritual care and support.
- Administer Church Operations: Manage the day-to-day activities of the church, including budgeting, finance, and human resources.
- Develop Community Programs: Design and implement programs that promote community engagement, outreach, and social responsibility.
- Provide Spiritual Guidance: Offer counseling, mentorship, and spiritual direction to individuals and groups within our congregation.
- Represent the Church: Serve as a representative of Mission House International Church, Life Centre Inc. in the community, promoting our mission and values.
- Education: Master's degree in Divinity, Theology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in pastoral leadership, with a proven track record of spiritual growth and community development.
- Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Personal Qualities: Strong spiritual foundation, with a passion for serving others and promoting community engagement.
