Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Ontario Inc. as a key member of our hospitality team.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of food quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise Staff: Lead and motivate a team of 5-10 staff members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Train Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Operational Management: Determine service offerings, implement operational procedures, and maintain inventory levels.
- Financial Management: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and manage cash reports.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints, resolve issues, and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Event Management: Plan, organize, and execute events, including weddings, corporate functions, and private parties.
- Supervision: Oversee the work of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance, support, and feedback.
- Computer and Technology: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
- Security and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including criminal record checks.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and physically demanding tasks.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, reliable, and ability to multitask.
