Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Y International. As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage restaurant staff: Supervise and train restaurant staff to ensure they are providing excellent customer service and meeting the high standards of Y International.
- Operational management: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service.
- Marketing and promotions: Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Financial management: Manage the restaurant's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a restaurant management role
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
