Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Little Caesars. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food is prepared to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service.
- Marketing: Develop and implement marketing plans to increase sales and customer loyalty.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of restaurant operations and marketing.
- Fast-paced environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Standing for extended periods: Stand for extended periods and move around the restaurant as needed.
- Awareness training: Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities.
- Mentorship: Offer mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for youth.
- Diversity training: Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for members of visible minorities.
