SAP SuccessFactors Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Specialist to join our team at Scotiabank. As a key member of our HR technology team, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership in the analysis, design, development, configuration, and support of cost-effective, online HR management and decision support systems.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design, development, configuration, and implementation of HR processes within SuccessFactors, ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems.
- Resolve complex business problems and work under tight deadlines, conflicting priorities, and changing project requirements, managing multiple small projects and participating in large projects.
- Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex business problems, analyzing business and user needs, documenting requirements, and translating them into systems requirement specifications.
- Independently resolve complex, multi-faceted problems to meet business needs, applying HR and technological knowledge to design methodologies, models, and/or systems solutions.
- Manage multiple small HR technology projects and/or manage specific sections of large projects to implement technology solutions to HR business problems.
- Participate in the SuccessFactors systems implementation process, interpreting business requirements into technical specifications, systems analysis, documenting detailed reporting requirements, configuration of HR vendor software, and providing post-implementation support.
- Participate in the review of Quality Assurance (QA) test strategies for assigned projects/initiatives to ensure comprehensive and consistent testing with business requirements.
- 1-3 years combined SAP SuccessFactors configuration experience.
- SAP SuccessFactors PMGM certification.
- Knowledge of Talent process to oversee day-to-day activities.
- Working knowledge of HR business process.
- Expertise in Microsoft suite.
- Creative, self-starting, results-oriented, and highly motivated individual with very good analytical skills to apply knowledge to independently resolve complex business problems.
- Proven interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to build consensus and obtain cooperation from users and senior management.
- Must have a very good understanding of current IT practices, systems development techniques, including requirements specification and testing methodologies, real-time analytical, and formal modeling tools, and keep current with rapidly changing technology.
